Red Wagon Goats, in partnership with Lifeline Animal Project and Dekalb County Animals Services is proud to bring goat yoga to the community, in an effort to raise funds for Dekalb County's furry friends. This will be a fun, accessible 45-minute class suitable for all fitness levels, followed by 30 minutes snuggling baby goats, Q&A and taking photos. This class is for yogis 18 and older LOCATION NOTE: Please help us be considerate of our environment by carpooling to class.  --- 6:00 pm  |  Registration & Orientation (we will email the exact address and a liability waiver for you to bring with you before the event) 6:15 pm  |  Goat YogaThis class will be a gentle, all-levels yoga class in the presence of baby goats! We will be in our  yard, so please consider bringing a towel for under your mat and an additional small towel if you sweat easily. You're also welcome to go mat-free if you want a little extra contact with the earth. If you're new to yoga, we recommend form-fitting clothes that are comfortable to move around in and if you're new to goats—something you don't mind getting goat prints and a little fur on :) This class is not recommended for anyone who is pregnant, has a heart condition, back injury, bruises easily, or any other health condition, unless approved by your physician.  7:00 pm  |  Goat Selfies, Q&A, and Snuggles We'll give you treats to give the goats and you are welcome to post photos with them. Our babies are all hand-raised and love hoomans.  What to bring: Sun screen, natural bug spray (DEET-free please), water bottle Yoga mat, a towel you don't mind getting dirty for under the mat, and a small towel if you sweat Printed/signed consent waiver (guardians will need to sign one for children). You may also send us an email to [email protected] stating that you have read the consent waiver, agree to all terms, and allow RWG and Lifeline to use photos with you in them for promotional events. An open mind an a sense of humor! *Non-refundable. Due to the nature of outdoor events, this may be postponed due to inclement weather. In the case of postponement, we will provide an alternate rain date. If you are unable to attend the rain date, we thank you for your donation in support of the shelter.
