Rescued Longhaired Chihuahua up for Rehoming

I rescued a longhaired chihuahua from the side of the highway, she had no collar or chip on her. I got her vaccinated and everything I can give the receipts. I'm looking to rehome her, she's deaf and partially blind. I simply don't have the time to properly take care of a deaf and partially blind dog. She's super lovely, she's never barked or shown any signs of aggression. All she really wants to do is cuddle up and play with someone. Looking to rehome and recoup some of my vaccination costs. $100 Rehoming Fee.
