We need a temporary person to fill in while we are interviewing and placing a permanent property manager at a community in Fitchburg. If you have property management or leasing agent experience this could be great for you. Even if you do not but you have great people skills, customer service experience and or maintenance experience this could work also for you. You'll be helping folks sign leases, show units, post notices to doors and more. You can start immediately after an interview and work up to two-to-four weeks while get a permanent crew in place. Full time is great as are weekends if you can do it. Evenings is perfect so you can meet with folks after they get home and need to speak about their lease renewals. If this post is up the gig is still live. Pay is hourly PLUS a great bonus for every lease you get get renewed.
