Im in DIRE need of a haircut. Im homeless and can’t afford To go to a salon and get it done and I don’t want to have to resort to cutting it myself because that never ends well. A few years back I cut all my hair off to support my mom who is struggling with cancer and ever since then I’ve had the most difficult time growing out my hair. No not one other time since but the girl that cut my hair gave me a mullet so I had to cut off way more than expected. Last month I had exes mom bleach my hair for me And she put 40 volume With peroxide mixed into it as well and fried my hair completely. So basically I have trust issues when it comes to my hair. But I’m at the point where I’m brushing it and it’s just breaking off. PLEASE HELP I can meet you or whatever works best
