Our residential Property is looking for a new Maintenance Tech to join our ranks. Our success come directly from our dedicated and passionate team, and we value their skills, input and drive. This is a full time position- Mon-Friday with an on-call rotation. Competitive compensation and benefits!!! Sign on Bonus (after applicable waiting period) Candidates should be well rounded in the trades, and have strong plumbing skills. Daily tasks include, but are not limited to: General Maintenance Light Electrical Light to Moderate Plumbing Light Carpentry Apartment turns- preparing for new residents Appliance Installs & basic repairs Preventative maintenance Light Grounds work Painting Snow Removal This Position also includes an on-call requirement (which is rotated between all techs) So you must be within 30 min of Westbrook.
