I've always got tasks that need accomplished on rental properties. From basic labor tasks all the way up to Maintenance, short notice repairs, and even remodels. Right now, i'm looking to find a steady, solid as needed person that is looking to pick up some work or even add us to their customers if the fit is right. I'm looking for a long term fit for us both Know this... NO we do not want an over priced maint company etc trying to stick it to us. I'm looking for a fair jack of all trades or even some trades that wants extra work when we both can benefit each other to a negotiated mutual benefit.
