The job: · Managing the grounds and performing the physical labor needed to maintain healthy landscapes · Ability to plan and organize the needs of the grounds · Maintaining pleasant relationships with tenants and co-workers · Operating landscape equipment . Knowing which tools and equipment are needed to do the job . Operating irrigation time clocks, valves and · Managing vendors, schedules, and expectations · Working safely and efficiently The requirements: · Three years’ experience in landscape maintenance · The ability and willingness to work outdoors each day · Excellent organizational skills · Professional, clean appearance · A driver’s license to operate maintenance vehicles · Reliable transportation to and from work · The ability to pass a background check · Industry-related training and or certifications (preferred, but not required) · Be able to lift, carry, move objects 60+ pounds or more, regularly bend, climb, squat, kneel, walk, and stand up to 7 hours per day outdoors
