Lost cat in Torrey Highlands/PQ Reward for safe return

Description

Our cat went missing the morning of 10/11/22. He is mainly an indoor cat that occasionally spends some time in our backyard during the day. He has never spent more that a few hours outdoors and never at night. This will be the second night he will be outdoors. We are really worried about him as he must be extremely frightened. He doesn’t wear a collar, but he is chipped. We’d like to offer a reward for his safe return.
