Found betta fish please read

I was at the Springfield shopping center and right in front of ulta by the bushes was a fish tank with a betta fish inside of it I don’t know how long it was there or how it even got there by my daughter and I decided to bring it home I have no space for a fish before I have three cats and don’t want anything to happen to it so if anyone can help or know anyone who can please let me know
