found female white pit dog

Description

Very friendly, wearing a black collar with metal studs. Found her on the street near the downtown post office. but she wouldn't get in my car or come in my home so I called Animal Control and explained she is friendly and skittish. Hope she finds her way home or this post helps the owner.
