Summary of Duties and Responsibilities
Repair any and all Equipment – Vehicle- municipality on the property. Lead and delegate any technician level 1-3
on tasks required to complete on site repairs and projects. Reports to upper management to get manpower
needs and material needs met in order to complete project.

Required / Preferred Qualifications:
• Candidate should have strong people and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in Lean processes is preferred
• Travel between sites (Mount Vernon)
• Weekend on call (This alternates amongst peers)
• Collaborative team member, at work, as well as with customers
• High integrity and respect for confidentiality requirements
• Ability to work an 8, 10 or 12-hour shifts or required necessary hours to meet business requirements
• 2+ years assisting leads with QC productions.
• Strong organization skills and closer attention to detail
• Prior experience is highly desirable including working knowledge
• Ability to identify business process improvements and report existing deficiencies to management
• Experience with authoring Standard Operating Procedures
• Knowledge of HMI devices, VFDs, and other machinery controls
• Experience troubleshooting motors, contactors, relays, and valves
• All other general labor as assigned
Safety
• Ensure that all production and maintenance work areas are kept clean and safe
