Gone Green Recycling is looking for a highly motivated able-bodied person to pick up curbside recycling with a truck and trailer throughout the Gallatin Valley. Applicants must be able to frequently lift 50 pounds without assistance and work outdoors in variable weather conditions and extreme temperatures. Normal working hours are Monday through Friday starting at 6:30 AM. Typically 8-10 hour days. Fridays are typically half days. Will have major holidays off. Each day consists of a route schedule with residential and commercial customers along with maintaining truck, trailer, and equipment. Candidate must be highly self-motivated and able to plan out and execute the route that is given to ensure most economical use of time and equipment. Perfect job for someone who loves working on their own. Must be able to safely load and unload heavy containers full of recycling at the local recycling facility and safely operate the truck at all times. Teamwork, attendance, and dependability are a must! Experience driving a truck and pulling a trailer is a plus but we are willing to train the right candidate.
