Description

The Pressman is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the press he or she is operating, while delivering on the high standards of quality that the company is known for. RESPONSIBILITIES • Directly responsible for operating a 2 color 40” sheetfed press • Produce quality products in a timely manner • Adjust black and color ink settings in accordance with Quality Assurance guidelines • Maintain equipment • Identify and correct printing defects • Comply with all safety guidelines REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE • Must have previous experience running offset presses • Must be able to thrive in a team environment and work independently with minimal supervision • Mechanical aptitude and excellent communication skills are required • The ability to perform basic math calculations is essential • Technical problem-solving skills • Good verbal and written comprehension skills a must Benefits: • 401k with company match, Medical, Dental and Vision • Vacation, Sick Time, and Closed Holidays
