I am traveling to Vegas to meet up with a group of elderley ladies, my dear friends over the past couple of decades. We are a party of 26, and have rented a large home in Spring Valley near town. I am in charge of arranging the final supper of the trip on Monday, November 7. Unfortunately, we are on a limited budget to feed everybody. I'm sure that you're aware that this doesn't go very far in Vegas for catering, and I'd like something a little nicer than trays of meatballs. Sadly, it is likely the last time I will see some of these ladies, as they age (into their late 80s, some of them!). I will have a list of true food allergies and minor preferences. We're easier to cook for than the average family reunion, and we can handle any picky outliers on our own. I can provide more details via email if necessary. PS: Although our average age is closer to 65 than 25, we are a gregarious and grateful group. At other venues, chefs have come out of the kitchen to specifically thank us just for enjoying their efforts so much.
