Must have valid unexpired business license from DCRA. Must be able to show proof of insurance. 1. Pull electrical permit and upgrade electrical circuit box to 200 amp. 2. Install 170 ft. of hardwood flooring in kitchen and adjacent bathroom with patching 2 areas in dining room. 3. Install electric heater in 1st floor and 2nd floor bathroom and replace thermostat in dining room. 4. Put back existing toilet, vanity and mirror in 1st floor bathroom. 5. Sand, stain, polyurethane hardwood floor on 1st floor and apply Wetlook High Gloss Sealer. 6. Install sheetrock in several areas in kitchen, den and dining room; painting the existing and new sheetrock plus box out the pipe in kitchen ceiling and painting it. 7. Place trim around 2 openings of the kitchen. 8. Install island, cabinets and cabinet handles. 9. Install/add 5 double outlets above countertops plus new circuits for 4 appliances with 2 double outlets in island. 10. Install backsplash. 11. Install 4 appliances - fridge, microwave, gas stove and dishwasher in island. 12. Install sink and kitchen faucet. 13. Remove associated debris. Countertops will be installed by another contractor.
