Prime Insurance Services, Inc. is a small, but rapidly growing property and casualty insurance agency providing superior service to our customers and while working with a number of the leading local and national insurance carriers.
We are looking for a full time Customer Service Representative/Account Manager to join our team. You must be organized, responsible, friendly and knowledgeable in order to maintain our high customer satisfaction. We require the following qualifications in order to be considered a candidate for the position.
You must have excellent customer service skills (interpersonal and communication skills)
Be professional in phone etiquette, appearance and demeanor
Be friendly and have a warm approachable manner
Be proficient in computer skills
Be able to multi-task and work well under pressure
Have superb organizational skills and be detail oriented
The ability to work in a team setting is vital. We are looking for candidates that have prior insurance experience quoting both Personal and Commercial lines. A Property & Casualty license is preferable, but also not mandatory.
