Jake is 6 years old and weighs 90 lbs. He is a very sweet and loving boy, gets along great with kids and other dogs. He just had his yearly wellness check up and current shots (along with blood work and fecal testing) and is in great shape. He is definitely a man's dog and was my late husband's companion. I have tried to keep him, but I am getting to old to keep up with him and have recently returned to work part time and it is not fair to Jake that I cannot dedicate the time or attention he needs. I am looking for someone around the Fenton area to rehome him as I want to be able to visit with him. I love the dog with all my heart, but he deserves someone who can give him the attention he needs. He is very active and full of energy and loves to swim (must have 2 tennis balls), chase sticks (he always looks for the biggest ones) and soccer balls. This would be a gradual take over as I want him to get to know his new owner and not just suddenly me be gone. Also to make sure you would know what a job a big dog is and if it doesn't work out I would take him back. (We got him when he was only 5 weeks old) If interested contact me to arrange a meeting.
