Rehoming two dogs

Looking to rehome both of my dogs. The Shepard/husky just turned 6. She has been with us from the very start, she’s moved from CA to CO to SD and back to CA with us. My landlord is selling his house, due to unforeseen circumstances we have to rehome them. The Golden is 3. They are energetic dogs that are used to going hiking and running in the woods. They know basic commands. If we didn’t have a baby we would rather live in our car with our dogs than to rehome them. But due to unforeseen circumstances we have no choice. Can’t find a rental that is dog friendly unfortunately.
