I am interested in developing a solid working relationship with a very fair licensed electrician in the Tacoma area. I am a 20 yr home builder/carpenter and have a brother whose a journeyman electrician that can help or complete any stage of projects when needed. I mainly build new construction in the Tacoma area. I dont want to waste yours or my time so please understand I am ONLY interested in a very fair price for these jobs as I have been framing and building for decades and do not pay or charge homeowner rates when I work with other contractors. I think it would be a great fit for a local electrician whose ready to build his solid customer base and network within the area. Please give me a brief description of and ballpark pricing for standard home usually approx 1300 Sq ft local home. I have the majority of the materials as well if it makes it any easier to bid in the future. Must be able to pull permits and rough in or trim out.
