Seeking Small Crew For Snow Removal HOA

We need a reliable and fairly priced company to remove snow as necessary. Plow, shovel, whatever you want to call it. We have 20 homes in ten buildings. So 20 driveways, 20 porches, 20 sidewalks etc. We would want the area cleared each time we had 2 inches or more of snow. You would also receive the street and Circle contract in front of our homes from The City of Ames. Both the City AND our Association would pay you for the job. We have had other companies work with us over the years with no problem. Now we are facing a huge price increase. We have locked in this winter 22 /23 season with our usual company. But, this request is for the 23 / 24 snow season. We have some flexibility and the neighborhood is compact and centrally located. We don't want monthly billing unless snow was removed. Just a simple contract that says when the snow gets plowed and how much money the Association is charged for that work. If you come out and clean things up one time that pays you XX dollars. If you don't come to plow, then no XX dollars are paid. Simple idea. We want to be fair with any company who does work for us. And, we want to stay with one company for long time. Maybe forever. We are located in central Ames. Prompt payment will not be a problem. Seeking a relationship that we can feel good about and pay a fair price for the work done.
