Bluegrass/newgrass/string players in Mars Hill/Weaverville

Looking for other pickers up here in the far north. I play bass. Casual jams could be fun but also looking for a possible band situation if the right people come together. I'm into a lot of the 'newer' "progressive" bluegrass (Punch Brothers, Billy Strings, Tony Rice Unit, Bela Fleck, David Grisman Quintet, Strength in Numbers, etc) but am of course down for more traditional stuff. I just want to find some pickers up in this neck of the WNC woods.
