CDL Class A Driver / Erection & Dismantle Crew

We are a Tower Crane and Hoist Rental Company located in Denver, CO with Branches servicing AZ, CA, CO, NV. Looking to bring on a motivated and experienced CDL truck driver to assist with our Erections and Dismantles, as well as assisting our technician with repairs, etc. as needed at our Denver yard and our local jobsites. Branch to Branch deliveries may be needed in the future, but for now, this is going to be local deliveries of tower crane and hoists to and from jobsites here in Denver. Responsibilities: * Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues and perform preventative maintenance * Plan routes and meet delivery schedules * Document and log work/rest periods and miles spent driving and retain fuel/toll receipts * Comply with truck driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking and break periods) * Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions * Collect and verify delivery instructions * Report defects, accidents or violations * Self-starter needed Skills: * Proven work experience as a truck driver with Class A license * Flatbed Experience, preferred but not required * No recent moving or driving violations * Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations (traffic, weather conditions, etc) * Experience with telehandler forklift, preferred but not required * Basic Mechanical skills * Must not be afraid of heights Job Type: Fulltime Benefits: 401(k) Vision insurance Dental insurance Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Referral program Safety equipment provided
