Denham Resources has an opportunity for an administrative assistant to work with our client, a highly successful, well established, family-owned business.
-Oversee equipment delivery schedules, jobs and resources
-Coordinate laborers schedules
-Review and approve timesheets
-Review and process operations outbound paperwork
REQUIREMENTS
-High School diploma plus four (4) years of scheduling, customer service and logistics experience
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
-Skilled in the use of Microsoft Soft (MS) Word, Excel and Outlook at a intermediate level
-Ability to work independently, high attention to detail and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
