Looking for someone to do a basic walkthrough of a property and take some photos. Ideally you're local to the area and have some background in construction, contracting or general labor. The property needs some fixing and I'm looking to get an idea of what basic costs might be. You must take pictures of damages and produce a written Scope of Work.
