50-year-old lady victim of violent crime carjacking. Was strangled my neck broken and was in the hospital with a spinal cord injury for 9 months. My car was never recovered but I'm in desperate need of a vehicle for my medical needs. I am the owner operator of the Baltimore pet food pantry.
