rimary Responsibilities / Position Needs Include (but are not limited to): • Good communication skills / professional clean appearance • Tech savvy • Perform roof inspections • Diagnose and solve roof leaks on multiple types of commercial roof systems • Maintain vehicle cleanliness as well as track maintain vehicle inventory • Train assigned helper in proper roof repairs and small scope roof maintenance on a variety of commercial roof systems including single ply’s – TPO, PVC, EPDM etc., as well as metal and asphalt roof systems Requirements: • Commercial / low slope including single ply’s – TPO, PVC, EPDM etc.; as well as metal and asphalt roof systems • Maintain and follow OSHA safety standards • Willingness to learn and maintain service department standards • Valid drivers license • Willingness to learn new software • Teachable attitude • Ability to travel when necessary • Must be able to work long hours and weekends when necessary
