We are currently seeking Solar Installers for residential projects to start immediately. This position is under the supervision of the Crew Lead and reports directly to our Operations Manager. Solar experience is required for this position as well as a flexible schedule. As a Solar Installer, you will assemble, install, and/or maintain solar photovoltaic systems on roofs or other structures in compliance with site assessment and site plans, you will be an integral member of a crew installing solar arrays at residential customers’ homes. You will help ensure accurate and timely solar installations, and utilize the best installation and safety practices. Five positions available. Key Responsibilities: -Install roof-mounted solar systems -Assemble the racking and solar array -Assemble equipment and properly seal all roof penetrations -In some cases trenching, concrete work, drywall repair, and equipment assembly -Conduit vending and run -Handle project clean up -Supporting the Crew Lead and Electrician in the installation process Requirements: -Experience installing solar panels in different roof types -Bilingual English and Spanish is a Must -Must have reliable transportation to the job site -Possess their own hand tools to start -Valid Driver’s License required and a Clean driving record -Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check -Professional appearance and strong customer relations skills -Must be able to collaborate with other Team Members -Excellent problem-solving skills -Ability to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency is a Must -Willing to travel 30% of the time to all major Texas cities This position is Panel Pay. Pay rate is determined by the current level of knowledge and experience, it ranges between $8 and $15 per panel.
