Part-time farm laborer needed on organic herb farm $18/hour

Part-time farm laborer needed 6-8 hours a week to perform the following tasks: * Weeding, especially digging Bermuda grass * Harvesting * Gopher trapping * Weed eating * Spreading mulch * Planting JOB REQUIREMENTS: Some farming or gardening experience required. Must be an independent worker capable of taking direction and executing tasks in a timely manner. Must bring your own gear, such as gloves, hat and water and provide own transportation Must be able to work in hot weather. Shift timing is flexible and we can work with you to fit shifts into your schedule (i.e. a good second job) We are a one-acre organic farm specializing in aromatic herbs, located near Meiners Oaks in Ojai.
