Job Description Audio Video: -Complete Installation of all audio/video systems -Troubleshoot any problems with systems -Test the functionality of all finished systems -Provide customer with training of use and operation of all systems -Re-run or route any wires, pipes and cables if necessary and possible -Charge customers and collect payment at time of service for time and materials Security Service (If deemed applicable) -Complete Installation of security systems -Trouble shoot any problems with systems -Identify and repair broken circuits -Test every finished system for proper functioning -Provide customer with training of use and operation of system -Report all oddities to the proper management for evaluation of the job -Ability to troubleshoot and repair all systems sold or arranged by our company -Charge customers and collect payments at time of service for time and materials -Security contracts and call verification must be completed at time of turn on and must be submitted to Central immediately (Central needs at least ONE contact and number until form can be faxed to them) -County Sheriff Registration forms for security are to be given to every turn on according to County requirements Customer Satisfaction -Answer any and all questions the customer may have regarding systems -Provide technical advice to customer over phone or via email -Ensure customers are satisfied with the equipment provides and services received Other -Report all oddities to proper management for evaluations of the job and overall quality control -Process job paperwork and turn in daily -Must complete training as required -Other Miscellaneous tasks as requested Security Technician: Job Duties: • Install, maintain, or repair security systems, alarm devices, or related equipment • Troubleshooting of various security circuits • Identify and repair broken circuits • Complete Installation of all audio/video systems • Test the functionality of all finished systems, Test and repair circuits and sensors, following wiring and system specifications • Provide customer with training of use and operation of system • Ability to sell our customers monitoring services. • Ability to troubleshoot and repair all systems sold or arranged by our company • Re-run or route any wires, pipes, and cables if necessary and possible • Charge customers and collect payments at time of service for time and materials CUSTOMER SATISFACTION • Answer any and all questions to homeowners about security products and services that our company provides • Demonstrate systems for customers and explain details, such as the causes and consequences of false alarms • Provide technical advice to customers over the phone and or email • Design and sell any additional equipment to suit the customers overall needs • Preserve the customers satisfaction in the equipment provided by our company • Approach clients with the best course of action and available options when necessary OTHER • Report all oddities to the proper management for evaluation of the job and overall quality control by filling out necessary Incident Report • Feed cables through access holes, roof spaces, or cavity walls to reach fixture outlets, positioning and terminating cables, wires, or strapping • Process job paperwork and turn in daily • Return all damaged merchandise to Inventory Manager • Other miscellaneous tasks as requested EOE No Walk-ins or Call's Apply via Craigslist
