NOTICE, Release of Responsibility. In an effort to confirm to Brevard County and Waste Management I will not be responsible for any injury to anyone using the sidewalk. We are told to put yard waste at the curb, leaving the sidewalk clear. As you see, that is an impossible demand and Waste Management refuses to pickup anything not in a container. No one is able to explain to me who entered into an agreement with Waste Management that they would not be allowed to pickup even normal yard cuttings unless it's in a container as of October 5, 2022. Why are Brevard and having to wait risking the decomposing and attracting grubs cockroaches worms and other insects eating on the decomposition? Why do we have to wait till the grass under these piles die because Brevard Resources are transfered elsewhere when the eye of the hurricane went directly over Brevard. I don't agree with the answer "It's always been that way, I don't know who made that decision".
