Launch Development is looking for a Full-Time, experienced Property Maintenance Supervisor for Promontory Apartments. Responsibilities: • Perform apartment make-readies for future residents • Resolve tenants’ maintenance-related queries and complaints as they arise • Participate in emergency on-call schedule • Work with the Property Manager on a daily or as needed basis • Ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner based on priority • Manage a preventative maintenance program • Knowledgeable and comfortable with fire alarm/sprinkler systems • Able to diagnose and troubleshoot problems • Minor appliance and light electrical repairs • Perform light plumbing work • Paint apartment interiors and common areas • Perform basic carpentry work • Assist in custodial / grounds work as necessary • Maintain a great environment for residents through effective communication and follow-up Requirements: • 2+ years’ experience as a Maintenance Supervisor • Valid Driver’s License • HVAC/EPA Certification • CPO Certification • Proficient at using a smartphone and computer • Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods • Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice.
