Who wants to make a guaranteed rate every day, at any time of the day, while still having a completely flexible schedule. We want you to join our real estate team and help us grow. We will pay you to look for vacant, run-down, abandoned, or just distressed looking houses that people live in with in 1 hour of Manchester, NH based on certain criteria. Some things you will look for include peeling paint, unkept yard, broken windows, junk in the yard, overgrown grass, Snow not plowed etc. When you find a house, your job will be to pull over take a clear picture of the front of the house and input it in an app on your smartphone. The app is called DealMachine. We are looking for the most detail-oriented, technology-savvy, and friendly drivers. Please expect a small PAID assignment of $40 that includes setting up the app and demonstrating ability to use the app as part of the selection process. This is a part time position that would require a minimum of 5 hours a week up to as much as 40 hour a week. Bonuses will be paid when certain milestones are met.
