Rehome: 13 week old female miniature dachshund

My partner and I unfortunately need to rehome our beautiful miniature dachshund puppy after we both had allergic reactions to her (we suffer from allergies and thought we'd be alright with her, but unfortunately having her in the home is not ideal). She is an extremely friendly and social puppy; we already have been crate training and potty training her, and she is excellent in public (does not bark or bite, is very very friendly, fine with loud noises and the subway/traffic). We are asking a rehoming fee, but can provide several months worth of puppy food, food bowls, indoor grass training pad and puppy pads, carrying bag, treats, toys, dog bed, and collar/leash.
