Moore Outdoor Landscaping is looking to hire an Experienced Landscape Installation Supervisor. Work will include tree/plant installation, grading, irrigation, hardscape installation, drainage, and general landscaping tasks. Candidates must be able to deliver quality work in a timely manner according to budgeted materials and hours. Candidates must be able to do the following: Oversee a complete landscape installation from start to finish while staying within budgets, Be self-motivated to prepare and plan for each individual job, Transport crews safely to and from job sites, Deliver high quality product on every job, every day, Train and instruct other crew members in proper techniques to complete work. DESIRED SKILL SET: 5+ years of landscape installation experience NOT MAINTENANCE. Organized and productive, Ability to operate equipment, Excellent communication skills and leadership qualities, Knowledge of plants and turf of the Middle Georgia area, Ability to manage people Salary/wages will depend on experience and qualifications. Job Type: Full-time Salary: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour Schedule: 10 hour shift Supplemental pay types: Bonus pay Ability to commute/relocate: Macon, GA 31220: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) License/Certification: Driver's License (Required)
