As a Shift Operations Lead you will provide support to direct daily work flow, assign daily operational priorities, ensure best practices and safety policies on the floor, training and follow up for new staff and other duties as assigned. Full time positions are eligible for the eShipping benefit package as well as PTO and holiday pay. eShipping Distribution Services provides state-of-the-art warehousing, distribution, and fulfillment to clients in need of transportation management services, temperature-controlled facilities, cross-docking, overflow, and short-term or long-term warehousing space with service nationwide.
