Hire Priority Staffing, leaders in Apartment Maintenance Staffing, is currently seeking a qualified Maintenance Tech for several properties in the Greater Austin area! Job Title: Maintenance Technician Pay: $18-$19hr Openings available in: North and South Austin, Georgetown, Pflugerville Requirements: Must be able to pass a criminal background check. Respond to and complete work orders in a timely manner. Insure the properties appearance is excellent by picking up trash, replacing light bulbs, painting and performing repairs. Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned and assist Service Supervisor as needed. Minimum 1 year of related experience. Experience in painting, plumbing, basic electric, drywall, etc. EPA certification (Universal) not required but helpful. Maintain professional appearance and demeanor.
