Description

Responsible for upkeep and cleaning of medical facility and fitness center. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to cleaning facility daily, identifying and addressing any maintenance issues (changing out florescent light bulbs, changing out drop down ceiling tiles, removing insects & rodents), scheduling expert services and monitoring progress (electricians, plumbers, HVAC). Other duties as assigned.
