MUST have basic construction skills, be organized, and professionally communicate with clients with a positive attitude. Painting Interior and Exterior Drywall Repair / Patching / Caulking. Minor Plumbing and Minor Electrical Knowledge. Handyman, General Repairs and Maintenance work. Customer Service skills. The ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Must have the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, reach, stand, kneel and climb ladders. Must be detail oriented, have excellent interpersonal skills, problem solving abilities, and proven leadership skills. Ability to handle multiple projects / tasks. Must be able to plan, execute and close out multiple projects in short periods of time to the satisfaction of the client. Full time (Temp to hire). Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm. Candidates must have a valid drivers license, proof of car insurance and own reliable vehicle. Paid on a 1099/contractor basis for gas reimbursement.
