Rehoming 2 Year Old Corgi/Chihuahua mix

I am looking to rehome Blaze (also known as Blazey Boy). Blaze is 2 years old and loves to play. Although a little shy when first meeting other dogs, he gets along fine and isn’t aggressive at all. He’s also great with kids but does tend to jump a lot when excited to play so may be better with children a little older. He’s been in an apartment the whole time and has been great. He’s used to sleeping on the couch however he is also crate trained. He doesn’t have any health concerns and has been neutered. Asking for a rehoming fee since he will come with his records, his crate, a bag of food and all of his toys.
