2 young maltipoos

Hi, My dad has 2 young maltipoos that he can no longer take care of. They are very loving and affectionate little dogs. Both came a local breeder. Ruby is the browner one with the curlier hair. She is 3 and very mellow. Her brother Rafy is 1.5 and high energy. Both are small (5 lbs?). They are both fixed and up to date with their shots. I believe one is chipped and the other is not. We are looking for the right family and home to take them. They are used to lots of attention and affection, and are definitely lap dogs. They are used to being able to go outside whenever, as they fit through the cat door and keep themselves entertained running around the fenced-in backyard. They are being fed and looked after currently, though missing more constant attention. They would do best in situations where they weren't alone for long stretches. We would like to keep them together as a pair. Please include some information in your response about your situation and the environment the dogs would be in. It's important for us to find the right owners and home for these wonderful dogs.
