We are currently seeking a full time E-Commerce Fulfillment Associate to join our growing team at our Gardena, CA location. This team member will help manage inventory, order processing, fulfillment, shipping, packaging, quality control, and return processing. An ideal candidate is someone with prior experience with inventory management and e-commerce order fulfillment, ability to think independently, detail oriented and is a team player. MUST BE PROFICIENT WITH MICROSOFT OFFICE (EXCEL, WORD). EXPERIENCE WITH SHIPPO IS PREFERRED. MUST BE ABLE TO LIFT 10-50+ LBS regularly. RESPONSIBILITIES Manage e-commerce order processing (quality control, packaging, and shipping), and help with other warehouse needs Work proficiently with our Warehouse and Order Management platform Prepare orders for shipment by picking, affixing labels, and packing orders Generate shipping labels, pack orders Assist with warehouse inventory management process Help maintain clean work area to ensure products remain clean of dusts / debris Process return merchandises Receive inbound products and record into inventory management system Identify problems / opportunities for improvement Prepare shipments before carrier pickup and follow all packaging requirements Pulls and packs product based on daily orders. Receives, stocks, and stacks product. Meets specifics of customer orders in a timely manner. Execute prompt order fulfillment with attention to detail. Keeps products separated, organized and in good rotation. Monitors product quality frequently, reporting problems to mitigate safety issues. Utilizes continuous improvement mindset and assists in identifying opportunities to improve processes. Manage shipping material levels and alert managers in a timely manner as to when reordering needs to take place. Follow quality inventory practices set by Management with shipment receiving, restocking, and following organizational standards. Assist in inventory cycle counts as needed Participate in formal training and development to ensure appropriate product knowledge Maintains a clean, sanitary, and safe work area. May need to lift 10-50 lbs bags. QUALIFICATIONS Associate Degree+ preferred but not required Must be self-starter, responsible, and detail oriented Prior experience in fulfillment and warehouse management required Proficient with PC Intermediary-level knowledge of Office Suites (Word and Excel) Multi-tasking skills & a team player a must A strong work ethic Incredibly detail oriented and have strong planning and organization skills Must show dedication to and desire for self-improvement Able to stand and walk for 8 hrs / day and regularly move/lift 10-50+ LBS
