Exp Handyman/Carpenter build Carport, Program Kwikset Door Locks

I live in unincorporated Marengo near Harvard and need a shed built (I bought this carport shed from Lowes, see photo) and have some help (2 men) available this Saturday, but they can't read English instructions. YOU MUST HAVE BUILT a shed before and know what I should put on the ground. I am tired of handymen who pretend they know stuff. ALSO, my last handyman couldn't program my 3 wifi locks after putting them in and left me with only key access and didn't put in codes and isn't coming back to finish the job. I don't know how to do it. AND, he built a table that a cushion is supposed to go on and placed the lip in a way that it's an inch shorter now than the cushion length, so I need some experienced carpenter ideas. Also, I have a deck that needs re-staining and some sanding. I have lightbulbs on high ceilings (and I have ladders) that need to be replaced. I ALWAYS have work for a good handyman!
