Production Assistant Supervisor - Roofing Well-established So Cal Roofing Company looking to hire a full-time production manager. Must be Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) Experience required (minimum 3-5 years) in the following areas: Roofing and or construction industry Direct supervision and management of employees Dispatch crews to Jobsite locations Maintenance of equipment, yard & vehicles Assist with loading material on trucks and getting crews off to job sites Document organization, material receipts, work orders, fuel receipts Computer Experience – Tech Savvy, Microsoft Office, Email, Text Maintain & Organize PPE Equipment (Personal Protective Equipment) On time, reliable, good attendance Material inventory & organization Must be able to follow directions with minimal supervision Must follow company safety guidelines Clean driving record Must have the ability to do physical labor, lifting over 65 lbs Deliver & Pick Up Equipment/Materials when needed. Unload trucks, and remove trash to prep for the next day. Positive attitude with a desire to grow and improve Team and goal-oriented Quality Control
