iStaffing is hiring Customer Account Representative in Fontana, CA 92335 Shift: Monday-Friday Hours: 7AM - 4PM Pay Rate: $17.00 **Interview will be conducted** **EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED!!** - Be the main point of contact of assigned customers - Negotiate contacts and handle paperwork (e.g invoices, orders) - Respond promptly to customer inquires and complaints to find solutions -Present new or additional products/services to existing customers -Approach prospective clients through cold-calling, email etc, to meet sales targets - Send reports to sales activity, accounts status, and possible issues -Print UCC Labels -Knowledge of WMS, BOL, & Supply Chain Logistics Walk in applications 8127 Mulberry Ave Suite 109 Fontana CA 92335 909-294-2900
