Flip is a next-generation e-commerce platform combining a TikTok-like discovery experience with a premium e-commerce service. Shoppers visit Flip as a single destination to discover and learn about products through 60-second videos of user-generated content that is instantly shoppable, with a one-click checkout and same day shipping. Shoppers on Flip can become Creators by sharing their own video reviews and monetizing their content directly on the platform. Responsibilities: Work with the purchasing team to create, manage, audit, & complete: new requests, replenishments, vendor details/information; for all orders placed by the Purchasing Supervisor. Direct point of contact for any purchasing issues that may arise for the warehouse team & keep track of/document issues in order to find an internal or external resolution Oversee process of RTVs Maintain updated records for all vendors, including orders, contacts, invoices, contracts Work with the merchandising team to keep track of all updates necessary in regards to orders, SKUs, & Vendors Work with the assets manager to oversee finalization of all Vendor pages, including logos, banners, vendor details & brand tags Perform audits for all purchasing & assets team members Google Workspace, WMS, & Excel experience preferred but not required Requirements and skills: Proven purchasing experience Adequate knowledge of warehouse data system Team player with organisational skills Ability to lift or move heavy products High school diploma Please apply:
