Primary Job Function: As a warehouse coordinator, you will help to make sure that the facility is clean, and that the stock of the materials needed to perform each job is organized and ready for technicians each day. Responsibilities: Restock the Field kits with the proper inventory and account for all materials used each time the kit is returned to the warehouse. Keep a clean, efficient, and organized warehouse Help load and unload vehicles from the previous day’s job Properly received all material and equipment Properly distribute all replenishment to employee’s box Run necessary parts to techs at job site locations Work closely with the HVAC Supervisor and Coordinator to maintain proper inventory counts Basic computer/smartphone knowledge Communicate with vendors about purchase orders Process Warranty claims Required Qualifications: Identify parts properly, count and document inventory used Able to work independently with some direction from the supervisor Arrive and be ready to start work on time each day Is this you?
