Laura Peters, MA, PHR, is a Qualified Instructor of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction who blends mindfulness with insights from nature and neuroscience. Since 2000, she has taught at Island Health and Fitness, Kendal at Ithaca, GreenStar Food Co-op and businesses, and spoken at regional and national conferences.
NOTE: Class size is limited. We will observe the masks-optional Cooperative Extension building protocol.
