I understand. The government is a "yes or no" institution. Unfortunately, life can sometimes be more about the gray areas. That's why the government is slow to act on things in those areas. Can I ask a question? What if you were born physically a male but your physiological make up is that of a female? I mean it is all about the DNA right? And people don't get to choose the DNA they get do they? And we know genes can change sooo... Just asking.
