Attention Craigslist Kingdom. This is a 3 piece band. Guitarist / Singer and a Drummer are looking for a bassist to perform with the Rockabilly Train Wreck. The song list is done. The arrangements are done, for the most part. Original material has been written. It all just needs to be polished up. So.... If you want to sing backup and play bass, then the Rockabilly Train Wreck wants you... needs you! Here's what we're looking for: Anyone who wants to play Rockabilly music! NOTE: You do not have to be the best. In fact we prefer if you were ok at best. We're going to have lots of reverb in the mix like the early 50s Sun Records recordings sound. A traditional song list of classic rockabilly songs (plus originals) but pushing them into the Psychobilly realm... Like the Cramps did. So we're not looking for an Elvis tribute band here... You'd be over qualified if you make Elvis and his band jealous! You don't have to be good You don't have to be skilled You don't have to know every song ever written If you have originals they will be worked in. Bust those bad boys out son. Your age does not matter. If it matters how old others are then chances are you are too young for the Train Wreck, so move on son! We just want to play Rockabilly and don't care how bad it sounds... This is The Rockabilly Train Wreck baby. If it ends up sounding like Elvis being castrated during a mass murder then we got a show. All aboard... This train is taking off!
