Lights and outlets suddenly don't work in a rental house. the house was wired and passed inspection in 2019.
also a dishwasher, cloths washer and and dryer suddenly don't work. they are not that old.
you can deal with just the electricity if appliances is not your gig.
5 foot high crawl space but fairly contactable attic area.short person would be better.
will consider hourly or per job proposals.
